Our Mission
Marie Rose Place provides a safe, affordable, supportive environment for single newcomer women and their children in which their cultures are honoured and by which they have a stable home foundation to pursue their other goals.
About Marie Rose Place
Marie Rose Place is a 40-suite apartment block owned by Hargrave Holdings and completed in the fall of 2014. The building includes 36 two-bedroom suites and 4 one-bedroom suites.

Suites each have one bathroom, an open living room / kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and counter dining area and in suite laundry. Two bedroom suites are approximately 700 square feet. One bedroom suites are approximately 600 square feet in total size. Ceilings are twelve feet high in the living room area with floor to ceiling windows. Private mailboxes for each suite are located on the main floor.
The main floor of the building includes The Gathering Place - a large room where women can join together as a large group or in smaller groups. Events and activities for the community are held in this space. As well, tenants can book this room for their own private events.
Rent includes Heat, Hydro, Water, Laundry. Internet is available with additional charge.
